Submission of FINIG request to FINMA
The FINIG application was submitted to the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA prior to the expiry of the FINIG transition period of December 31, 2022. Since December 1, 2022, this is now under review at FINMA .
Submission of FINIG application to supervisory organization
According to new legislation (FIDLEG and FINIG), the newly required license is applied for at the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) via supervisory organization.
Exhibitor at the financial fair 22
FINANZ'22 will bring together traditional asset management companies with young companies from the crypto, blockchain and fintech world and will feature nearly 100 presentations.

Connection to new ombudsman office OFS
OFS is a Swiss foundation that provides mediation and dispute resolution services to affiliated financial institutions, financial service providers, financial advisors and their clients. These services can be requested by clients or by financial service providers. The SFO Foundation is a non-profit, tax-exempt legal entity and is subject to federal supervision:

Connection to ombudsman's office
Since the introduction of the FIDLEG and FINIG, financial institutions have been required to join an ombudsman's office. CAM Schweiz AG has been affiliated with one since December 2020.

By resolution dated 08.10.2020, the Company resolved an authorised capital increase as further described in the Articles of Association.
